We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter who will beresponsible for recruiting active and passive job seekers. This role will work collaboratively with our hiring managers to attract and hire the best talent to join CPI Security. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high - volume, fast - paced environment while maintaining our high standard around our candidate experience. This individual will need to have a sense of urgency like no other while being able to manage their time in a high volume atmosphere while they own the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing, screening and making the final offer.

Responsible for the full cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring and onboarding candidates for departments assigned.
Responsible for creating innovative, creative and proactive recruiting strategies for departments assigned.
Build a diverse pool of potential applicants by proactively networking through social events, social media recruiting, career fairs, internet sourcing, networking and employee referrals.
Responsible for promoting CPI Careers employment brand and a best in class candidate experience.
Ensure consistent communication regarding applications and status to the various departments and members of department management.
Track, analyze and report applicant status, recruiting trends and key performance indicators (KPI’s).
BA / BS college degree required
Recruiting experience preferred, but not required
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS). iCIMS is strongly preferred .
Relentless drive and a high sense of urgency to connect with active and passive job seekers and the ability to manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Experience using social media tools for sourcing and branding efforts; tools include but not limited to: LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, CareerBuilder, Monster, Twitter, Facebook, and other relevant recruiting sites
Must have a clear understanding of the full recruiting life-cycle process with a strong sense of urgency to provide a world class candidate experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Outlook, and Excel is required
Experience meeting time to fill, quantity, quality, diversity, veteran and internal hiring
